We have created the Communicate Support Zone, to offer something extra; whether this is some one-off advice, more information, or support groups with other parents having similar experiences.
CommuniCake
Our original parent stay and play session, CommuniCake takes place at our clinic. In this friendly, informal session, parents bring their children and have a go at our communication activities and games.
Hosted by two of our Speech and Language Therapists, you will get the opportunity to ask questions, see how you can adapt the activities for your child, and meet other parents. Oh, and there's cake!
CommuniTea
CommuniTea takes place online. Hosted by two of our Speech & Language Therapists, in this relaxed session you will find out more about: how children learn to talk, what happens when it doesn't go to plan, and increase your confidence in using your own skills to support their communication development.
You also will have the opportunity to chat individually in a private appointment with one of our therapists. Bring a cup of tea!
For more information, please click the flyer. Our next session is on our Facebook page, and you can book by emailing Hannah on: communicate.trainingevents@gmail.com.
We are continually adding activities and ideas to support children's communication development to our social media pages. Please do follow us, and find things that you and your child will enjoy. The more fun it is, the more progress they will make.

It was a great opportunity to meet some of the team ahead of my son's initial assessment
Lots of advice and helpful, friendly faces.
My children really enjoyed the activities and Henry now feels relaxed to come back in a few weeks for his assessment.
